Almost as soon as that last photo was snapped of MB and I, I felt like a light went off in my head. Grab our friends! I shrieked excitedly. We need to get to the CHURCH! So we met on the back patio where our photos had begun and I gave the party a pre wedding pep talk. The maids lined up very responsively, which resulted in some of my favo maid pictures.
Yum! Vera and bows!

After having our pictures taken with the bridal part at large, John and Kim gave them the AOK to get some water and snacks and meet us out back of the Cathedral at 540. Until then, MB and I had some last photos to be taken outside around the cathedral, which were some of our favs.
Exactly.

One of our favorite things that the Sandersons produce for their clients are the unbelievable individual portraits. There’s really nothing more I can say but WOW. Is that really us?!
Yes yes it is.
Funny story about this shot.

I really don’t know if we will ever, EVER, be able to thank our friends enough for their unending support before and now after our wedding. They are amazing people. They are so attractive. And we love them so much.
So we started by wrangling them into our English classroom to start some group shots!

After all our giggling and smooching and hugging had commenced, John and Kim had us start some very relaxed and fun portrait poses.
Well, hi there you! Didn’t we meet in school, once upon a time? Yes yes we did.

MB and I agreed early on in the process of planning the wedding that we wanted to have a first look. The reason was two fold. First we would get over our silly nerves. Second we would have AWESOME pictures taken. MB of course didn’t really care about the HOW when it came to execution, so I thought long and hard about how I wanted the first look executed.
It started by wrangling all of our peeps the photographers and my future da hubs into the Cathedral specifically the English classroom by 4 pm.
All present! Shall we!
Good Things Come To Those Who Are Pretty
And as we know, I think I’m the prettiest. In the mail yesterday we received the following:
One (1) beautiful handwritten card
One (1) lovely bookless
Two (2) High Res DVDs of our wedding photos packaged in a cool pouch.
Terrible pictures aside, we are PUMPED. I immediately uploaded both discs.
So, that leaves us with the inevitable question…where did we leave off? Ohhh yes! The First Look!
Do you have any exciting things coming in the mail??
Their Wedding: A Rehearsal to Plan
With my brother getting married, I’m relegated to the groom’s side of planning. Which results in a whole lot of nothing. Gone are the days obsessing about ribbons and lace and paper. Here are the moments of “when do you need your tux, MB”? And “Where is the rehearsal diner?” OH! THE REHEARSAL DINNER!! My parents are throwing that!
So, I bossily asserted myself as the event coordinator.
One of the Coolest
One day, before 2010 is up, I will tell you at great lengths, what the key items we received as gifts were for the celebration of our union. Promise. In the meantime though, we have to share one that we received over the holiday from Dr. S’s sister.
How cool is that?
